Ronnie Jones, JD

Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Managing Principal of The Kally Group, Inc.

Ronnie has over 45 years' experience in the professions of entity structuring, accounting, and taxation.  He is recognized as a subject matter expert in business development.  His contribution to financial literacy includes developing and managing The Kally Group’s Entrepreneur Youth Initiative, a program designed to provide factual information that will empower, educate, and prepare youth to adapt to our socio-economic environment.

He is ranked among the top speakers at events where he presents, and has authored three books, the latest entitled "Introducing Youth to Entrepreneurship."

Ronnie received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, Atlanta, Georgia.

French D. Pope, Jr. - Certified Group & Personal Trainer

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Pope is a certified group and personal trainer whose passion and goals are to push, motivate, and inspire people to meet and exceed their personal expectations.  He holds numerous body building titles, including Mr. Montgomery County and Mr. Nation's Capital.  In addition, he is a Maryland State Champion in body building and has been named Junior Mr. DC and Pan American Physique Champion.  Mr. Pope has also studied Tang Soo Do Karate. 

He is a mentor and advisor for the United Christian Foundation Inc., and one of the top fundraisor for the March of Dimes in Mongomery County, Maryland, and is featured in the book "Introducing Youth to Entrepreneurship." 

Mr. Pope graduated Cum Laude from Norfold State University, Norfolk, Virginia with a degree in Business Administration, and is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Carol Thomas - EPG Consulting Group Corporation

Carol Thomas is the founder of EPG Consulting Group Corporation.  Her diversified career includes over 15 years’ experience in payroll processing for agreement and non-agreement personnel, and payroll systems development, implementation, and servicing.  Working independently, in 2007 Carol established direct contact relationships with major insurance carriers, launching here career as an insurance agency/broker.

As Madame Chair and President of EPG Consulting Group, Carol has developed an extensive client base in the areas of Medicare, Life, Health, and Annuities for individuals under and above age 65, as well as micro and small business markets.

Carol Thomas is licensed in the States of Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and New York.
