The Kally Group, Inc. page will appear. Enter your information under "Your Order Summary"

2) In the "Description" field, type your name or company name & service code (see below);

3) in the "Item Price" field, enter the amount of your payment;

4) In the "Quantity" field, enter the number 1;

5) Click "UPDATE," (the total amount of your payment will appear under "Amount"); go to field to enter you credit/debit card info

6) Complete screen information.
